Yes! Anyone with a story to share is welcome to publish on Launchora. We have no rules or restrictions on who can post a story on Launchora. You can post as much as you want, and as many stories as you want. No limits whatsoever. Of course, we may remove stories that contain illegal, unethical, immoral or other improper content or are otherwise flagged as inappropriate by our users as further explained here.
The process starts at "Create" where you can write and store all your creations. These creations are saved as Drafts until you are ready to publish. When you are ready, you click on Publish and tell us a little about the story. The final step is to click Publish and you're done! There is no review or waiting period. Your story is instantly available to read to all our users all over the world.
No! There is no review or waiting or hold period. Once you hit publish your story is instantly available to read to all our users all over the world.
Anything you want. Short stories, novels, fan fiction, children's books, poetry, essays, screenplays, research papers, biographies - the list can go on and on. Anything you can imagine, you can write it right here and share it with your friends and the rest of the world.
No! Writers are welcome to post anything they want on our platform for FREE.
Absolutely not. Your work, your stories, your content is yours and yours alone. By writing or publishing stories on Launchora you are not signing away any rights, subject to the licenses you grant by using our service. Basically, we do not claim copyright in the works of our authors. Yes! You can simply upload a cover image of your choice on your story or select an image from the general templates provided by us. In case you are uploading an image, make sure it meets the following image criteria: Minimum Image Dimension: 850 x 340
Yes! While writing, you'll see a '+' icon on the left of the type cursor. You can then use the upload photo feature to upload images to add to your stories.
Yes! You can edit or delete your published story anytime from your profile.
You can always publish your guide write-up as a story from your profile. However, if you think your write-up can provide real value to the users and should be featured under ‘Launchers Guide’ section, you can send us a copy by visiting the Contact-Us page. We will review it and if it gets published under that section, we will provide the much deserved credit to the writer.
You basically have two options here: Option A: You can pick “Something Else” as your story’s category and use the “What’s This Story About?” section to describe the story and it’s appropriate category, OR Option B: You can email us at support@launchora.com or go to the Contact Us page, select “Category Suggestions”, and tell us what category would best describe your story. We can’t promise we’ll accept all category suggestions, but we will definitely consider them. If we get several requests for a particular category, and its language is appropriate for our audience, we will add it asap. The only difference between those options is that A is instant while B will take some time.
No! You can write and/or publish as many stories as you can type - whether that is 1 or 1000.
Yes! You can write and store as many stories as you want in "Create". All unpublished stories are saved as drafts. When you are ready to publish, all you have to do is click Publish.
No. Since we are a free-to-use and free-to-publish platform, we are unable to offer copyright protection to our authors. Please see Terms of Use for more information.
You do! As the creator of your stories, the power to publish is in your hands and your hands alone. Launchora is only here to help you in the process of creating and sharing. You can publish any story you want, whenever you want, and it will be instantly available to read to all our users all over the world. No review or waiting period whatsoever.
Launchora is a community where readers and writers can directly connect with each other and discuss stories. Users who Launch your story can write Opinions on your story, and you can even respond to their opinions via comments. Additionally, your readers can "Follow" you to receive notifications whenever you publish new stories.
Yes! Launchora is a non-exclusive platform. Our first priority is to help you create an audience and sell as many copies of your stories as possible. If you publish on Launchora, you are still welcome to publish your work via any other platform or publisher. There are no hidden clauses or conditions when you publish with us. Please see Terms of Use for more information.
Yes! You can keep track of Launches and Opinions your stories. You can also see the people who have launched your story (at the bottom of your story’s page).
In order to read the full story, the user must Launch it.
No account or sign up is required to read content.
Launchora's collection of stories is as diverse as our user base. Every day we have new and original content published by writers from all over the world. Whether you like fiction or non-fiction, short stories or novels, fan fiction or childrens' books, essays or screenplays - Launchora will have something that interests you, surprises you, or makes you think. At Launchora, the content is always new, and always original.
No! Exploring and reading on Launchora is completely free.
No. All stories and content published on Launchora is formatted to be read on our online reader. We do this for many reasons, the foremost being that we want to offer our users a unique experience that they wouldn't be able to get on other devices or platforms. Also, we want to save our users the trouble of downloading or exporting their launched titles to other devices or platforms.
If you find a story that violates our Terms of Use or you otherwise find inappropriate, please report it to us by using the Flag This Story as Inappropriate. We may or may not remove the story depending on our Terms of Use.
You can share your Playground Adventure ideas with us by visiting the Contact-Us page. If your idea gets selected and we run your Adventure, you will be given Credits for the same on Launchora’s Platform.
Launchers Playground is every storyteller’s dreamland. It’s a place where you can participate in exciting reading and writing adventures to hone your storytelling skills and have fun.
Launchora is totally free to use!

You can change your password by clicking on the ‘Edit Profile’ button. However, if you logged on to Launchora using your Facebook/Twitter/Google+ profile, you won't be able to change your password since your Launchora account is directly linked to the respective profile.
