Yoga is a very common and popular form of exercise that improves the ability to focus. It plays an important role in teaching how one can manage and deal with stress and anxiety added to this it also makes the body flexible and builds balance. Yoga also contributes to relaxing the body and mind.

The bridge pose helps prevent different heart diseases, improves circulatory health, and relaxes your mind. It also solves many physical and mental health problems. These steps show how you can do this exercise:
• First, lie down on your back. Then lift your spine and pelvis but your head, shoulders, and feet should touch your mat.
• You have to bend your knees and your palms should be flat and facing down.
• Your arms must be straight and on your sides. You can now get on your toes to make a bridge and complete the position.
• You can stay in this pose for 1 minute.
Sukhasana is one of the most common and easiest poses in yoga. It can calm and relax the body which will help in dealing with stress and getting the ability to manage it. It also helps in getting in a better mood and improving health.
• First, sit with your legs crossed on your yoga mat in the dand asana-staff pose.
• Your backbone must be straight. Place your right foot under the left knee and your left foot under your right knee.
• Your body should be aligned from the back and your pelvis should not be tilted back or front.
• Stay in this position as long as your body allows you to.
The mountain pose boosts blood circulation and stretches the spine and hips. It also helps in calming your mind. The following steps will guide you on how you can do it:
• You have to sit on the mat the folded legs. Take a position so that you keep your feet under your hips. It would be best if you spread your knees wide while keeping your toes together.
• Now you have to bend forward, letting your forehead touch your mat.
• You should start breathing now.
• You can stay in this pose for 3 minutes.
• Savasana- corpse pose
• Savasana or corpse pose is one of the hardest exercises of yoga. It is s the final pose of relaxation and is done at the end of yoga sessions so that all the remaining tensions are released from the body.
• First, lie down on the yoga mat on your back.
• Your legs must be straight and slightly wider than your hips and your arms at your sides so that your body is aligned.
• You must also release all the tightness of your body and breathe naturally. You have to release every organ and body part.
• This pose requires you to stay in this position for 5 minutes.
These yoga exercises have proven to release stress and anxiety. You can practice these exercises whenever you are stressed and maintain your health and fitness.
