Do springtime and your hair have a love-hate relationship? Do you want to give it up because you can't control the beast? Curly lace wigs can be difficult to manage in the heat. We face many issues and frequently become frustrated because we don't know what to do. We either look drowsy when hair is frizzy, tangled mess, or we wear a bun all day to avoid dealing with the issue.
Here are hairstyles that are best for curly lace wigs this spring season through trial and error so you can rock what your mommy gave you!
1. Headscarf
One of the cheapest and easiest hairstyles is to wear a headscarf! This keeps your curly lace front hair out of your face while also enhancing the beauty of your curls. This procedure can be used on the hair on its second or third day.
Place your hair up in a pineapple and secure it with a large hair tie. If you're not sure what a pineapple is, think of it as a large puffball made out of your natural hair. You only wrap the hair tie once rather than twice or three times.
2. POM POMS
This hairstyle helps to transport you back to your childhood when your mother made pom poms out of your hair. It is my all-time favorite go-to style when my hair is in full curly wigs mode. Grab two hair ties, a rattail comb, and your hands to split your hair down the middle.
With the comb, divide your hair into two portions, grasp the first section, smooth down the crown, and tie it up. Carry on with the second segment in the same manner. Smooth down those baby hairs a little more for a more elevated look.
3. Bantu Knots
Bantu Knots are a lot of fun, and they add a lot of variety to your curly lace wigs. Make sure the two Bantu knots are at the front of your scalp to show off your short curly wigs. Using the comb, section off two little sections of your hair in the front. Wet one of the portions with the spray bottle to make it damp.
When your hair is damp, smooth it down with a gel or serum before beginning to twist it.
4. Faux Hawk
Curly Faux Hawks are not only adorable, but they also make you seem ridiculous. If you prefer a rocker-chic vibe, this is the hairstyle for you. You'll need a brush, a gel or serum, bobby pins, and hairspray to get this look. Brush one side of the hair back until it is smooth.
After that, smooth down the side you brushed out with a gel or serum. Grab bobby pins and start pinning them back into place once it's straightened out. Use hair spray to make sure it's completely secure!
Each of these curly wigs hairstyles is ideal for curly hair of any texture! Celebrate your natural hair, and let us know what your go-to style.
