5 BEST SUPERHERO COSTUMES OF ALL TIME

There has been a wide range of superhero costumes ever since the first colorful costume debuted in the 1930s. But like many other things in the world, superhero costumes did not originate out of nowhere. Anciently, there was a long history of costumes that influenced the idea of creating them. Some of the characters in pulp fiction novels and adventure comic strips wore fantastic outfits. There is also the idea of the attires circus performers wore during traveling shows in the 20th century.

Such ideas have contributed to the creation of superhero costumes we have in the market today. In this list, we look at the best-designed superhero costumes.

Spiderman

A fan known as Randy Schuller thought it a good idea if spiderman would wear a costume and wrote the idea to Marvel. They accepted the idea and bought it for a little over $200. Some years later, Jim shooter was looking for ideas to be added to Marvel's secret wars event, and the idea of the black costume popped up. Mick Zeck designed the actual look, and it is actually stunning. The costume was also adopted for the villain venom, and it still makes occasional comebacks in the movie scene.

Captain marvel

In the 1960s, marvel wanted to control the name captain marvel for trademark reasons, so they came up with a character to adopt the name. The costume was a literal Kree captain's uniform, a green and white outfit with a bit of flair. Although it was a decent costume, it seemed weak for a superhero character, so it was redesigned and given a bright, bold color.

Iron man

Iron man is noticeable from the red and gold-colored costume. The iron man outfit is constantly evolving because it has undergone different designs over the years. Initially, he wore a suit of big bulky iron, and when he became a household superhero, marvel spray painted the armor in gold color. It has been altered differently with the development of new technologies for costume design, but its basic design remains the yellow and gold catchy design.

Batman

Artist Bob Kane brought the idea of a character with a brighter costume that would have bat wings when working on batman for national comics. Then he worked with another writer known as Bill Finger, and they decided to take the character into the shadows with a dark costume, a cape, and a cowl to make him resemble a bat, and batman was born. Over the years, the outfit's black color has continued to turn blue, and they added a yellow oval behind batman's bat symbol. But it was redesigned again to make it dark, and the chest symbol returned to black without the yellow sign.

Wonderwoman

In the 1980s, DC comics helped create a temporary wonder woman charity, with the logo double Ws, which led to the adoption of WW on the chest emblem of wonder woman's costume. Another notable aspect different from the original classic is that she was made to wear a skirt other than short pants.

FINAL WORDS

A superhero is as good as their costume. The costume gives them the character and makes a comic book truly iconic.
