Understanding the right kind of food for yourself will take a considerable amount of time but the journey will also make you more retrospective and self-aware.

Lastly, remember that being scared is okay

At one point in your transformational travel, you will face a situation where you are apprehensive of the next steps. The challenges can come in any form but this is the moment you have been looking for. Don’t shy away from something that you will regret for the rest of your life.
