Then some one started to appear from the light. This Holy One oscillated between strong and feminine. As I'd been praying to Jesus, I believed it may be him, but with no beard. I began sobbing from the depths of my heart, while the Sacred One proclaimed telepathically in to my heart. I knew that Being to be only genuine love. Then it absolutely was over.
I was picture back to my human body, reading the words to a new tune telling me "it's been quite a while coming, it's going to be a long time gone." How correct that has been. Annually later, I found the protect of Autobiography of a Yogi. It was Paramahansa Yogananda who'd come to me! Next came conference Baba Ram Dass, who confirmed that I wasn't mad and explained that Yogananda had appeared to numerous small spiritual seekers on drugs.
He also autographed my copy of Be Here Now. My next decade was spent being an ambitious yogi and training Yogananda's Self-Realization Fellowship classes and exercises, chanting, meditating and getting initiation into Kriya acim teacher. Yogananda's course and linage of gurus produced the essential clarity for me personally to comprehend Jesus and Christianity better.
Yogananda also showed me the primary truth behind the oneness of religions. And he brought me to Babaji, the Mahavatar who delivered him to America back in the 1920s. Since I seen the name Babaji, I knew I realized Him. He and Jesus work together, behind the moments, in the cosmic system of things. And Babaji was to be the next phase within my continuing religious evolution.
But, I did not know now that He'd apparently manifested a human anatomy again and was residing in the small village of Haidakhan, in upper India. That will come later, combined with the puzzle and fable of this recent manifestation. Following reading Bhagavan Das sing, I ordered a dotara and began chanting mantras to God daily. That simple, ancient two- stringed tool is simple to play and enables one follow the drone sound into silence.
