A human was stuck between the dialogue between it's Heart and Brain. This time they were talking about LOVE.
The Brain was asking heart not to let these stupid emotions enter heat's territory, because it will mess her (heart) up.
Heart replies : " I want to try it, I know how you feel, but it's time you set me free. I am tired of being in this cage for too long."
Brain argues: " This is not a cage, but a protective shield which I have built for you, so that you remain safe and sound."
Heart replies :" But it feels like a cage to me,
I want to breathe in open air,
I want to be vulnerable,
I want to feel loved,
I want to feel hurt,
I want to see the world through my own eyes,
I am tired of looking at it through this window of yours which you called protective shield.
O my dear Brain !! If you love me then set me free."
Brain with a heavy voice answer Heart : " Dear Heart, if I set you free, I am sure you will get hurt and might break into infinite pieces and if that happens, I will too break into infinite pieces. I can't let that happen to both of us."
Heart still trying to convince Brain : "O my dear Brain ! I am fully aware of your concern and I appreciate it. But you must also acknowledge the fact that you can't keep me here in this shield of yours forever. One day I will break though it and then you will have no power to hold me back. So, I am asking you, help me to save this soul. Let the soul experience something which it never did and play our roles in making this soul becoming strong and beautiful person inside out. After all we both have the responsibility to take care of Soul. Don't we ?"
Realising it's duties Brain after 5 minutes silence nodded in agreement with Heart.
The Soul who was listening to their conversation for all this time, smiled and discovered that how much it is being loved by the Heart and Brain. Now it fully understood the meaning of the phrase it read long back " Loving oneself is the beginning of life long romance".
Well, it's still not the end of our story. From time to time Brain and Heart argue and Soul, well Soul just sit back and listen to their conversations and enjoy it, for it knows the Brain and Heart will never hurt it.
You must be wondering what happens to the human? Well, that is a mystery which should be left as it is.
