All you need to know about Minecraft Servers

Minecraft servers provide players with a platform to play online or with a local network with other players. The game runs a server for both single player experiences and multiplayer experiences. Multiplayer servers have a lot more activities. They also have customs, rules and unique premises. The official server software is only available on Java Edition and the Bedrock Edition Server is currently in Alpha.

Types of Servers

There are various types of servers available. They all have different gameplay features which generally are unique, and rules and structures which they implement. No two servers have the same features.

Some of the servers rely on the Creative game mode, others rely on map editors to build custom maps. Some servers are PVP oriented, others include aspects like survival, creative and adventure mode. Some of them even have an inbuilt economic system. Some also include built-in games.

The main type of Servers are as follows:

● Creative: These servers only use the Creative mode. Generally, they give the players Creative but often limit the items and accessories they can access and limit the size of the plot.

● Survival: These servers only use the Survival mode. They generally do not allow Griefing and Exploiting. These servers are similar to the Anarchy servers but they do have some rules.

● Faction: This server is similar to the survival server. But the land is claimed to be yours and other players who are not trusted are not

● allowed to build anything on your land.

● Anarchy: These servers have no rules at all. The players generally engage in exploitation, and cheating and often use inappropriate language.

● Minigame: Minigame servers are the servers that host a number of mini-games, from capture the flag to Spleef.

● Personal: These servers are also known as private servers. These servers can be made by the players. Generally, the link to these servers is only shared among the close friends of the user.

● Roleplay: These servers make the players act in different role plays such as a cop, shop clerk, criminal, etc.

● Hardcore: These servers are very similar to the survival servers, but the players only have one life. These servers end in the “last man standing” scene.

One of the most popular servers is the Survival Server. The immortal server is one of the largest survival servers. It can include around 1000 players. It keeps the vanilla gaming experience intact, unlike other surveys. So to download the immortal server you can visit the site and join the server.
