An Open Letter to Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS) (Beyond The Scene) & ARMY ??12-07-2017

Okay so first of all this letter is not formal. It contains my fan girl feels.

So flashback to 2013,2014,2015,2016 and present 2017

2013 2 Cool 4 Skool, O!RUL8, 2?

at around 7:00PM in the evening (not sure of the exact time lol)

I was a first year college student who obviously loves K POP.

I was busy dancing to EXO’s Growl with my younger sister and cousin we we’re so hyped about that song and then suddenly MTV played a korean song *WE ARE BULLET PROOF PT.2* and these GUYS wearing ball caps and bonnets caught my eyes.I RAN INSIDE THE LIVING ROOM AND SHOUTED, “OMG! WHO ARE THEY? WOW. I LOVE THIS SONG! WHAT’S THE TITLE OF THIS?” I wasn’t really sure if I was asking the television or what? *lol* so that was the first time I heard about my babies BTS. After that I researched about them and I was so happy cause they just debuted so that means they are probably my age. And you know how God loves me. I learned that 2 of the members was born the same year as me! Taeyhung and Jimin the 1995 babies. I love listening to their songs cause it’s fun and I kinda dig Hip Hop. I was weird cause in their “2 COOL 4 SKOOL” album there’s this 1 track called “SKIT: Circle Room Talk”. I was listening to it ON LOOP! though I can’t understand them LOL! *SO IN LOVE WITH THEM*

I belong to a multi fandom so I was basically fan girling with a lot of KPOP groups. And I got busy living my college days. With K POP music still my daily music.

But then on September BTS released another album O!RUL8,2? THAT TURNED ME UPSIDE DOWN CAUSE OF THE TRACKS WAS SO LOVELY.

It makes me sad and happy at the same time cause again. I can’t buy their albums because I’m just a poor fan girl who loves them so much. I’m still blessed cause I got the chance to know about them. Thanks BTS for inspiring me.

2014 Skool Luv Affair and Dark and Wild

Was the hardest year of my life cause I have to ease my trauma caused by the Super Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) that hit our country. It was hard but I just kept my faith stronger and my will to carry on with my life. You know what? other people might think that It’s silly to think that BTS was one of my motivations. I kept on thinking about them and I kept on thinking happy thoughts and told myself I’ll meet them even JUST ONE DAY not now but MAYBE SOON.

I did not got the chance to see them in person when they had their tour and they went here in The Philippines because of the situation that we are in. But we are blessed cause my sisters friend attended BTS Live Trilogy Episode II: The Red Bullet December 7,2014 (WOW! *MENTAL BREAKDOWN* CAUSE IT’S DECEMBER 7 TODAY!!!! DAEBAKK! HAPPY 3 YEARS BTS Live Trilogy Episode II: The Red Bullet IN MANILA) and she called us. I was literally squealing and crying when I heard them singing through my sisters phone We don’t have electricity at that time.

Still blessed cause I heard them on their concert here in PH. Thanks BTS for inspiring me.

2015 The Most Beautiful Moment in Life

Just like the title of their album, 2015 was one of the beautiful moment of my life.I was already on my 3rd year on college. I was always listening to their songs and when I feel so stressed cause of so many school works I watched their hilarious videos and listened to their songs. I love all of them because each one of them fits like they are made to be in a one team and team that turns into a family is so important. I met a lot of nice and lovely ARMY though we only talk online but whatever it’s still friendship to me.What matters to me is they think of the fandom a lot. And I love them more for that.I was busy studying but when I have a time I check up on them. Thank heavens that they are active on Twitter! Thank you BTS for inspiring me.

Little did we know that this year was a sign of the doors that will open for BTS.

2016The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever, Youth and Wings

CRITICAL FOR ME CAUSE I WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN STUDIES AND KPOPPING *if that’s even a word* I AM ON MY 4TH YEAR AND GRADUATING IN COLLEGE MEANS A LOT TO ME SO THAT WAS KINDA HARD. LOL! I EVEN THOUGHT OF ASKING MY PARENTS TO BUY ME A TICKET FOR MY GRADUATION GIFT TO SEE BTS ON THEIR BTS LIVE The Most Beautiful Moment in Life On Stage: Epilogue (JULY 30,2016) BUT I CAN’T ASK THEM THAT DUE TO LACK OF MONEY

But still, I did go gaga over BTS. I can’t leave them. Like hello?! they are my inspiration. They inspire me to live and enjoy my life. To enjoy my youth and hope for big things in my life. So no one can stop me from loving them they give me strength and will. God gave me 7 angels to help me get through the hardships in my life by listening to their music and seeing them be themselves.I am blessed. Thank you BTS for inspiring me. so yassss finally! I GRADUATED. I PROMISED MYSELF I’LL FIND A LEGAL JOB , SAVE (save? what is save? lmao) AND I’LL ATTEND THEIR CONCERT ONE OF THESE DAYS.

the highlight of the year was BTS WON ARTIST OF THE YEAR at the 2016 MNET ASIA MUSIC AWARDS!!!!!!!!! THEY DESERVE THAT!

2017 You Never Walk Alone, Love Yourself 承 ‘Her’, and Crystal Snow

WOW! 2017 IS ALMOST OVER GUYS! COME ON!!! THESE GUYS NEVER FAILED TO GIVE ME DIFFERENT FEELS. ARE THEY EVEN REAL? HUHUHUHUH AND GUESS WHAT??? I DIDN’T GET THE CHANCE TO SEE THEM AGAIN ON THEIR BTS Live Trilogy Episode III: The Wings Tour May 6&7, 2017. Because I quitted my job cause I was not happy and not motivated in any kind of way. So that leaves me penniless. So NEXT YEAR 2018! I DON’T KNOW IF I’LL GET THE CHANCE TO SEE THEM.

WOAAAAH! BTS DID A LOT;

On May 21, BTS won the Top Social Artist Award at the Billboard Music Awards, becoming the first Korean group to win a BBMA. IT’S BILLBOARD!!! ARMYs was so hyped on Twitter! OUR BABIES released their fifth mini album, Love Yourself 承 'Her’, on September 18, 2017 . BTS earned their first U.S. Billboard Hot 100 entry after debuting with the single “DNA” at number 85. I WAS HYPED WHEN THEY RUDELY DROPPED THOSE TRACK AND MV!!! They even performed at the American Music Awards making them the first K-pop group to perform at the show. On November 22,BTS was announced to be a part of the Guinness World Record Book for 2018 as a musical group who have the most Twitter engagement! ARMY! WE DID THAT TOO. I LOVE YOU ALL! On Novemver 24 they released the MIC DROP REMIX in where they collaborated with Steve Aoki and Desiigner. THAT COLLAB WAS,IS LIT! "Spring Day" won Best Music Video on 2017 Mnet Asian Music Awards, and Best Song of the Year at Melon Music Awards 2017. AND AGAIN! OUR BABIES BACK AT IT AGAIN WON ARTIST OF THE YEAR at the 2017 MNET ASIA MUSIC AWARDS!!!!!!!!! THEY DESERVE THAT!

BTS BABIES! I LOVE YOU KEEP ON INSPIRING PEOPLE THROUGH MUSIC OR WHATEVER. JUST LET ME LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

ARMYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! FAM! YOU ARE AWESOME AND I LOVE IT THO WE ARE A LITTLE IMMATURE SOMETIMES! *but still I love you* I PRAY TO MEET SOME OF YOU THE SOONEST AT OUR BABIES CONCERTS. *hoping* ARMY, I THANK YOU FOR THE FRIENDSHIP AND KINDNESS I RECEIVE FROM ALL OF YOU.
