It was a grand event. Everyone was hopping in the campus, with heavy makeup and traditional attires.
The three girls were standing near the fench. (amidst the college)
'Do i look gauuuuuudy'.....yelled akshara, widening her nay blue lehenga, with silver half shoulder, crop top.
'Nope buddy, you are just amaaazzzzing',...........'what about me??'....with a muddled posture, meera gazed herself.
'You look damn pretty meera........you rule the red,..girll'.......'what say akshara'....she turned towards akshara.
'Obvo man....', akshara amazed stalking meera's, pale embroided red lehenga with half sleeve blouse. Lookin' at her touch up, .....'you look model,,,well !!'
'But, look at this kid..........seriouslyyy buddyyy.......LONG FROCK......you could've wore something like us, right', glaring at her light cream silk, bold neck frock......they made a disguisting look.
(Facepalm)
'Hey, shut up you both .......i am good with this look.......anyhow you know me right!!!'
All in sudden, an announcement gushed in the atmosphere.
"Students who enrolled for treasure hunt, would kindly reach the Block 2 auditorium gate"
'Hey, I was waiting for this moment from so long........', with a spark in her eyes, she continued blissfully.
'Girl! Why are you so desperate for this game........', akshara smirked at her.
'Hey, I've never played this, but what i heard and read, lures me to try this once in my lifetime........No kidding......', she made a serious tone.
'Okay guys, no argument, i guess we need to make a move.......it's time af.....btw you sure akshara, you won't participate', meera questioned.
'Nope, buddy.....you guys proceed.....I'm not keen about this game. Look i'll join in the dance over there, in Block 1, by the time you win the game.'
'We'll ping you once we're done. Okay. Let's go meera', with a light hug, meera and she left the place.
The game has started, everyone were rushing to 'n' number of spots in the college, to find their clues.
Meera held her hand tight, and ran over the counter.
And all in sudden, she bumped him and made her third meet. Both were in rush and bumped each. She saw him again and this time so close. It was crystal. She felt goosebumps but before she could realise, both apologised each other and hurried for clues again.
Meera pulled her in force, and now where she came back to reality and was again immensed in the game.
[Half n hour passed]
All submitted their clues and dispersed, waiting for results.
She found an empty bench, and pulled meera to sit.
Both sat on the bench, heavy breaths fiiled with sweaty faces. Meera took a long sigh.
'Have it', fortunately, akshara arrived and handed them two water bottles.
'Oh you came. It was hectic dude......huhhhhh', meera uttered with continuous breaths.
'Shh....stay calm and get some air', akshara sat next to her.
'She' took a sip, and by then from the corner of her eye, she noticed him walking past from her. She looked at his black shirt, full sleeves and his scalp with drizzling drops. He took heavy gulps of water, from the bottle he held. Before he could turn over her, she immediatly darted against him.
She can sense him crossing away from her. When she looked at him, he was at a long distance, where after sometime he disappeared now.
She then began to reminise, how they pushed each other during the game.
She was smiling.
'Look, someone is still smiling for the game', akshara mumbled softly, looking her smiling.
'It was very fun after all........right', meera looked at her deeply.
Eyes glued down, the only word, she then uttered is.....'Yes'.
