Squeeze the cup for a few seconds to give the seal time to break.

Once you have squeezed the base to release the air, pull the cup out in a sideways angle.

Following are a few tips that can make this process easy:

1. Bear down: It is completely normal for the menstrual cup to move up in the vaginal canal. This can make reaching the cup for removal a little more difficult don’t panic, simply bear down with your stomach muscles similar to having a bowel movement reach inside the vagina and pull the stem until you can have access to the base of the cup.

5. Break the side seal

If the pinch and squeeze, method doesn’t work for you carefully insert one finger up the side of the cup and sort of push it to break the seal.

What if The Cup Got Stuck?

Don't worry this is not a serious issue the first and foremost thing one must do is to Relax, breathe, and don’t force it. You can also go for a water-based lube for help.
