Bleak ,Blank and Dull

There's a void within my soul
I'm trying to fill it up to no avail
My earlier pleasures, hobbies
Seem like forgotten friends now
Not a day passes when I am not low
I try to smile but it's so artificial
Melancholy and despair creep in slowly and slowly
Irritation and boredom are my frequent visitors
Hope and happiness cease to exist in my dictionary
Seems like even my tears have run out
Is this another morning
Am I fully awake
Can I be sure this is me
Or my mind is in a wrong body
How do I believe
The other in the mirror
Is possibly someone else
