Creating Facebook Bio Links

A bio link is an external link on your Facebook profile that allows curious followers to learn more about you. Many users will add a bio link on their profiles; however, not all are aware of its importance and how to create it properly. In Instagram, you can easily change your bio link simply by clicking on the profile then choosing "Edit Profile" at the top of the screen. On the right side of the page, you'll see an edit profile button with a blue circle; once you click this button, a drop-down menu will appear. Click the "Browse" link in the drop-down menu to select a different page. The changes you make will be applied to the "Edit Bio" section.

You may wonder how to create a bio link on Facebook since we are aware that there are many other buttons and menus that allow users to add images and videos. Nonetheless, a great way of adding images and videos to your Facebook profile is by selecting "Use YouTube" as one of the options for uploading files. When you click the option, a new window will open up and will contain two tabs: YouTube Elink and Facebook Uploader. Click the "Upload" button located on the far right of the Upload tab.

The uploader tab will allow you to choose an uploader that displays a preview of your YouTube video. To upload a video, one of two parameters must be selected: either your YouTube affiliation link or a clickable URL. When the two options have been selected, a preview window will appear allowing you to view the uploaded file. If the file does not load successfully, a message will appear along the lines of "Upload failed", "Checked", or" Upload error".

Once your video has been uploaded, it is visible to all of your Facebook friends. However, the custom link shortener does not get posted to the incoming comments section which prevents comments from being added to your timeline. A simple solution to this is to click on the cog icon next to the word "friends" next to the word "link" on the far right of the user panel. This will display a list of all of your Facebook friends including their Bio links which will enable you to post a video to their pages.

The YouTube channel is one place where you want your Facebook fans to go to after seeing your YouTube videos. Therefore, when you begin to provide updates on Facebook, your bio should also contain a YouTube link. Analytics tracking will show any interactions with your YouTube videos. If one of your fans watches your YouTube video and uses the "Share" option to rate it, that person will see your Facebook link in their search results. This can greatly increase the number of fans that visit your Facebook page via the channel.

Another reason why the bio link on Facebook works so well is that most people only go to YouTube to watch videos, not read them. Therefore, using the Bio attribute on each of your landing pages, it will provide another avenue for your audience to view your video. For example, instead of simply having a plain "Like" or "Share" button as the top left corner of your landing page, you should add a second button with your website's URL. By using YouTube's added feature of allowing viewers to scroll down, viewers are more likely to reach your website through the third or fourth page they see. This means that the best part about using your website's URL as your bio link on Facebook is that you have several places for people to go!

The best part about using the Facebook buttons to create link backs to your website is that you are able to add images to the links. Images work best when placed directly below your text links. To add images to your links, you should upload the images to your computer and open them up in an image editor. You can then highlight the image so that it becomes the main focus of the link back to your site. This is perhaps the best part about using images to create bio links.

The best part about creating Facebook links to your websites is that you don't have to do much work. However, if you don't know how to use Facebook or aren't comfortable adding images, then it may be better to hire someone to do it for you. However, since Facebook is such a popular social networking site, hiring someone will probably cost you hundreds of dollars per month. For this reason, you should try to think about what would be best for your business; if it's not worth spending a lot of money, then you should simply create a Facebook page and link back from there.
