Weekends spend with beer,

Yours with wine.

Flights postponed 

Hotels booked and cancelled 

I never caught you smoking

You didn't know what tablets I was on.

My location said, I was in Paris

Your text said, "Wish you were here"

I could see your face, bright & clear

You had a faulty internet 

I forgot calling you one day.

My phone didn't buzz for two.

All this distance between us
