Do you remember?

I hope you're doing well.

It was this morning that I was going through old pictures, that I came across yours. Do you remember? When we were looking at each other? I quickly swiped across it, but there were numerous others.
It was my fault, I couldn't delete them.

It was another morning when I was raiding my cupboard for a book, and a piece of paper quietly slipped onto the floor. It read, a letter for my Life. Do you remember anything about it?
That day, I did not read any novels.

It must be a few months back when I walking down the street where we used to spend our evenings strolling hand in hand. Do you remember the loud laughters and petty fights? I hope you don't, I really hope you don't.
That day, I walked that street alone.

It must be an year back, when I came across you. With someone by your side. Trust me, I heard something break inside. I smiled at you, and so did you. But the smiles hid so much more. I stared at you till you were out of sight, that's when a tear rolled down my eye.

Long before that, I do remember. I let you go, because I thought life would be so much better. You tried to hold on, but I pushed you away. And till date, I never could hold you again.
