Usually, Adhesive Tape is such type of tape made with pressure sensitive backing materials. To make this, all the Adhesive Tape Manufacturer have used plastic ribbon, paper, nylon strips and many more things. Most of us are familiar with the half-inch and one inch width tape to cote the electric wire. Besides this, there are more than 25 types of tapes are available. Of course, each of those has unique use than others.
On construction and development
For construction many purposes, we need to use Adhesive Tape. For example, to prevent leak of pipe, wrapping electric wire, wrapping up tools and others. Similarly, for development purposes, it has been used a lot in the laboratory and other places. In the laboratory, depending on the need, it can use thermal tape, conductive/ nonconductive tape or others.
Wrapping and packaging
There is nothing new to talk about the importance of Adhesive Tape for wrapping and packaging. Now Tapes has become more developed. In some cases, their waterproof tape has been used. But usually, to wrap carton, paper or envelope, crystal 3 inch polythene tape is suggested to use.
Medical, sports and military
We all are familiar with the surgical tape. Those white cotton made tapes are special for medical use. But athletes deserve the elastic made tape. Those keep their movement flexible even when they have injuries. On the other hand, military using purpose tapes are prepared in such a way that they can be used easily.
I have experienced one exciting use of this Adhesive Tape in Switzerland. I saw some people use Adhesive Tape (gorilla tape) to fix their skateboards. That tape was too much strong, and those are enough to prevent any pressure. However, maybe there are some other attractive and practical use also available for Adhesive Tape.
