Bring your thumb upwards then outwards tracing the eyebrows. Make a few repetitions for this. After that, apply some oil in your middle fingers and make a sweeping massage from the corner of one of your eyes to your temple. Do the same for the other eye and make a few repetitions for this.
There is also what you call as the eyebrow acupressure point. They say that stimulating these points can help relieve anxiety and mental strains. They say that the most benefit can be obtained if you are able to press these points firmly from 15 to 30 seconds but being able to do that may take time.
