Some people write their own fairytale — each different and unique stories ranging from being a damsel in distress saved by a young and handsome prince, or overthrowing malignant kings and queens and defeating evil sorceresses and witches.
I too write my own fairytale, and my favorite of them all is the story of me and you lying our backs against the grassy fields, staring above the night and starry skies with smiles painted on our faces. You'll reach my hand and hold it tight and secure and warm that'll assure me of your protection. You'll hug me dearest and long that'll assure me of your affection. And you'll whisper the most magical three words that'll assure me of your love.
We'll talk endlessly. Each and every conversations will be deep and satisfying. You'll open up topics of almost anything just to assure me that there will always be something to talk to and to talk about. And the deeper our talks get, the deeper we fall in love with each other — the kind of love that'll assure me to never degrade or fade.
It's my most favorite fairytale of all, for it is the most heart wrenching of all, too. For you see, fairytales are stories meant to be told and written to enhance ones imagination — and fairytales aren't supposed to be true. They are pieces of candy-coated fiction.
My greatest, most beloved fairytale of me and you will forever remain in my imagination.
