Every sad feeling is not depression
Every worry and stress does not cause anxiety
You announce on social media "I take pills , I cry a lot, I cut myself"
Even though you are insensitive and it's very obvious
You think it's so cool and mature to say that word
Even though it's more than crying and feeling sad
It 's not funny when you guys do like that
In front pf people who have gone through this
I challenge you to survive the hopelessness, the stigma,the melancholy,the struggle on a daily basis of this situation
The persons who are fighting each day to balance their minds and hearts  don't need a name for this
They are good actors, putting a casual mask on
You fakers are one of the reasons the real ones can't come out
That they can't talk about it with their close ones
That society begans to judge them
Why the hell you have to do like that
Shadowing the real ones with your lies
