-furious beauty-

While I sat in a cozy corner of my room and stretched my arms in the air,

The rain had started pouring.

While the smell of the mud took me into trance for a while,

The pattering raindrops flooded the trickle.

While I clumsily sipped coffee from the cup,

It had ripped off the river bank.

By the time I realized the coffee is less sugary,

It had dissolved a village.

By the time I finished my coffee,

It had fed on thousands, yet famished.

That’s Mother Nature.

A ‘furious beauty’!
