She was the girl in the corner.
The one he knows but seldom talks about
The one who wished her to be misunderstood
Only so he could understand her enough
In a flicker of a non existent passion,
He saw something more than her various plausible mediocrities-
for a split second and it was gone
She was his lonely stump of candle
In the farthest corner of his dark dark room-
A source- burning, existing and nothing else
But the day she was snuffed out-
He cried
He missed the non existent whisper
The nameless , faceless stranger
He wished he understood her enough to misunderstand her.
