my heart's heavy and mourning
for the yet darkest morning
shattered by every story
i wrote this after reading some epic poems that are required to be tackled for our ancient and modern classics class.
the title of this poem, which is a song, was the first words that came up to my mind after I finished watching a movie related to the Iliad.
