Did you hear her?
She screamed and begged for help
But you never knew, did you?
Or maybe you sensed agony and chose to ignore it

She was suffering yet she still reached out for you
But you, you waited for her, unaware of the hand holding onto your shirt.
Until she finally let go and decided to disappear
