Hire Immigration Agency to Get UK Fiance Visa

Info

If you are living and working in the UK with a UK visa and want to bring your fiancé to the UK, you need to apply for the UK fiancé visa. The UK fiancé visa allows individuals that live outside UK to enter into UK so that they can marry or begin a civil relationship with their partner who is settled in the UK. If you do not know anything about the UK fiancé visa, you can consider hiring the visa agency, as they can help you get the visa as soon as possible.

The visa agency know the requirements and UK fiancé visa cost, so they can help you throughout the process in getting the visa right from applying to the visa to attending enquiry and getting the visa. However, it is better to know the requirements of the UK fiancé visa so that you can know whether you can meet those conditions or not. If you are lagging in meeting any of the requirements, you can discuss with the visa agency with respect to what to do next and how can you meet the requirements of the UK fiancé visa.

The requirements of the UK fiancé visa are as follows:

• In order to be eligible for a UK fiancé visa, you must be 18 years of age. Otherwise, your visa application won’t be considered valid or eligible.

• You will not be allowed to work in the UK on a fiancé visa. Either your partner must have enough savings or earn a certain amount that fulfills your living requirements. The minimum salary requirement is £18,600 a year. However, if you are bringing children to the UK, your partner must earn an additional £3,800 for the first child and an additional £2,400 for each child after this.

• To qualify for a UK fiancé visa, you must demonstrate that you are involved in a genuine relationship and intend to marry in the UK within the 6 month validity period. You and your partner should have met face-to-face before making the visa application.

• Also, your partner must have arranged accommodation for you. You both must intend to permanently live together in the UK for an application to be accepted.

• If you do not get married during the visa period, you will be deported.

The UK fiancé visa cost will cost £1,523 for applications outside the UK and also there are additional costs that you need to pay.
