No means I claim the impartiality. Working behind the scenes at the design agent so far, I have analyzed client behavior and preferences for long enough now. We have found several patterns in what clients are looking for in agencies, and how to serve them in a satisfactory way.
In this article, you will learn about:
Do you need RFP and if so, what must be included in it
What technical details should be considered when choosing
General error in choosing a UX agency
How to make a last call
How do I decide?
You must have an idea of what you want, but professional ux design company will also help you find out. Let's look at a simple example. Let's say you are building new products. Imagine the e-commerce platform that sells the lawn mower used. You have validated this business model, market, and user needs through interviews and testing. Now you want to build a product. You want the following features / current:
The list page for lawn mower is currently sold
The item detail page that shows more about certain lawn mower machines
Customer checkout page is directed after selecting a particular lawn mower
Your checkout page will likely require integration with payment providers. The UX design body will ask. The integration of payment providers can form a part of the prototype. You might also decide that it will make more sense for MVP to stay simple and go with a cash delivery system. That means postal services or shipping confirm receipt of money. This type of high level scope must start the conversation right at the beginning. If the agency does not ask simple questions like this, suspect something. Why? Because UX professionals can conclude from the flow they will need at least three screens designed. They will continue further on this basis. Expect questions like:
What is the most important information for the most important users to see about the lawn mower used?
How should product details appear? What do we want to show you about the lawn mower on the detail page?
Should this include a bulletin subscription feature? Will it come with a notification of a new lawn mower?
We often make our clients fill in the user's empathy map, "How can we" chart, or other tools that help the thought structure team and the idea of being overall. Based on all information provided during the discussion and workshop first, the UX team will determine the scope and length of the project and send you a detailed proposal.
