HIS: Fall, Autumn, and Spring

He frowns when he's alone

Like how the skies have forgotten me

He cried in the middle of the night alone

Like how the world turned their back on me

And just like a flower in autumn

Its wings spread out like angel's did

Colors changed from green to golden

And the path looked like a one-way street

For three long years, his path was broken

By storms and winds that flooded through

His heart was torn and his dreams have fallen

Imprisoned in a dungeon he escaped into

Perhaps, the heavens have forsaken him

But the truth is, it did not

Perhaps, the angels have forgotten him

Seems to me like they did not

For all those years, the doors have been opened

For all those years, the chances are laid

For all those years, all he needed was courage

For all those years, his life may have shutting down but never faded

And now he faces spring, but not alone

Together we watch as we get our flowers bloom

Together we stare at the beautiful twilight and dawn

And we smiled like sunrise after nights of pain and gloom
