What is Making VAT Digital?

All VAT-registered businesses with a turnover above the VAT registration threshold (currently PS85,000) are required to submit their VAT returns via an approved app. This system is known as Making Tax Digital to Vat.

MTD for VAT was a problem that impacted over 1 million UK businesses.
