Most of us feel gloom whenever we are alone. Not every one of us know that one can shine too, in being alone. Because not everyone noticed that the sun is alone too, but still it shines.
No man is an island. This phrase is not new to us, in fact it is commonly used. Indeed no man can stand alone. Sooner or later, he or she will need other's company and help. But not because we were given the idea that men should work together, does not mean that we should always do so.
Have you ever noticed that there are times when some works are better done alone? Have you tried doing something on your own and finished it easier and faster? Like how the sun managed to give us light without needing any assistance from other heavenly bodies. Like how it shines so bright although nothing and no one can endure being near it for a long period of time.
Like how the sun shines brightly on its own, you too, can illuminate your life and maybe other's too. Solitude is not always associated with dark days. Believe me, sometimes it's bright. You just have to believe in its possibility.
If you see life of being alone as dark, then it will be dark. But if you view it differently, then obviously, you'll see another image of life. As you open your eyes with positivity in every grey clouds that may darken your day, no storms could ever make your day or your life gloom.
How the sun managed to shine although being alone, gives us the idea that there is peace in solitude. Finding peace in your lone times, believe me, can make your life brighter. It's just a matter of how we view things and on how we choose to color our lives.
