If I could go back in time, ever, I would change that day, that cursed moment which took my mother far far away from me. The fate that turned my world upside down. That darkest hour which doomed my & my siblings life, leading us astray.
If I could go back in time, I would go desperate & determined to make all those attempts to prevent that fate to befall on us; to stop her from stepping out of our home that tragic day; to make her live.
Losing my mother, till date, remains the most miserable, most tormenting of times. To not be able to spend enough time with her; to not be able to know her, understand her; to not be able to lessen her burden, her worries; to not be able to listen to her hum anymore; to not be able to trick her anymore; to not be able to kiss her anymore; to not be able to show her how much I love her; to not be able to tell her how much I miss her---the time that led to all these, I would change.
If ever, even till the last of my breaths, am given a chance to change a thing, I would change that brutal incident that took our sunshine away from us & left us in darkness. I would bring my mother back & make her stay, make her live till the end of time.
