I met you

In secrecy

We touched.

Silence hovered above us

As you were speaking to me

Unreal it felt

To be with you there

I was absorbing the time,

your presence,

your movements

and those eyes.

The eyes which became tiny when you smiled.

I always wondered what it would be like

To be able to face you

to hear you

To be able to confront

a shuddered soul like you,

like me.

In I came with the thought of comforting you

only to find you, your soul composed

And together.

And still in love.

You kissed my cheek,

the beard tickled

I closed my eyes,

still, in absorption.

You pulled away

The eyes met

My hands pulled you close

Feeling the warmth

Smothering the fire within me

as we kissed.

wide eyed.

From the head to the toe.

Your fingers moved on me,

slow and gentle,

taking pleasure in every note, created.
