While others take decades to reach the epitome of their career, Joelle Dinnage only had to step into the industry before she found herself blooming in the clouds above the sky. Joelle is the kind of a person who need not any introduction as her experience talks for itself.
Born on September 3rd, 1984, Joelle grew up in a small town in Holland, where she was just another girl, but fate had a different plan for her. By the age of 13, it was evident where her true interests lie. She wanted to stay in the world of art. Owing to her interests, she decided to go to an art school to get her degree. After completing her studies from Saint Lucas Art Academy, she decided that it was about time she stepped into the practical world and unveiled her talent to the world.
Owning the world
Joelle sold her first ever painting back when she was only 13 years old. It was since then that she had decided what she wanted to pursue down the road. Upon graduation, she received the young business ‘Entrepreneur Award.’ The award-winning ceremony was also broadcasted on the television. Soon after, Joelle decided to move to London to pursue her career of being an Art Dealer.
Joelle found a job in sales in London where her astounding performance and breakthroughs in records made her stand out from the rest. With a skill set that not many could match, Joelle soon was approached by Seacourt Limited at Oxford where she was hired as a ‘Creative Marketing Executive’. Gaining some valuable experience here, Joelle decided not to pursue any more jobs. She wanted to do things her way now.
With Seacourt Limited, she co-founded their sister company where, not to mention, Joelle’s outperforming character kept her in the limelight. Due to her efforts, Seacourt Limited won the Queen’s Awards for Sustainable Development twice! This was also the time when she had the honor and privilege to meet Queen Elizabeth II.
The Funky Art Gallery
Joelle was never a bird meant to be caged. After years of mind-boggling performances, she left Seacourt Limited to launch her own startup by the name of, ‘The Funky Art Gallery’. Joelle was back to what she always aspired to do deep down. She was selling eloquent art.
The Funky Art Gallery was popular for its attractive Graffiti and Urban art. In fact, the Funky Art Gallery even went on to become the number 1 ranked page on Google for the term, “cool art”. This was both in the UK and the US, and gave Joelle’s business a massive boost.
Philanthropy
Being a popular figure in the world of art, Joelle felt obliged to give back to the world that has put her in the limelight. Although she had been part of several philanthropist efforts, she was widely praised for helping the orphanage, “Bwejuu”, for which she had to travel to Tanzania. A similar venture, this time in Katmandu, took place in 2014 and then raising money for the ‘Act Against Ebola’ campaign in 2015.
For all she’s done, it is only obvious why Joelle Dinnage is an award-winning entrepreneur, an International Art Dealer, and an inspiration for women all around the world.
