Lonesome
The sound of speaking tongues, all at once entered my ears
And not even a single person noticed all my falling tears
From feeling too much fear even after all these years
As it resulted in being lonely and lack of peers
I was never an introvert, I was reluctant
Easily annoyed by somebody's endless rant
I tried suppressing everything but I can't
And I became voiceless like a plant
Distracted by their own world and all too busy to even care
I shut my eyes and held back all the nightmares
For everything I've felt became too much to bear
Sweaty palms and out of breath, yet everyone is still unaware
