Love by chance - part 1: Betrayal

A wedding is a very precious and holy thing in a person's life. It is not only the marriage of two persons but two souls. But what if it is that wedding that is fated to destroy you?

Emma looked at the mirror for the hundredth time and found herself in a beautiful and elegant white gown. She ran her hands over the miniature emboidry and the flawless design of her dress and felt a sudden sensation of nervousness. Was she really getting married today ? It's like all those fairy tales with happy endings in which the Prince marries the princess and they live happily ever after. Will she be able to live happily ever after ?
She was about to check herself again in the mirror when her phone rang. It was Jake. Emma  answered the call "Hello Jake ?" Jake replied "Yes it's me. I need to tell you something..." Emma blushed to herself and began playing with the designs on her dress , she asked "What is it ?" Jake cleared his throat and said in a tough voice " See I really understand we have been in a relationship for two years but still... I cannot marry you ." Emma laughed and said "Stop kidding Jake." Jake replied " I'm telling you the truth . I cannot marry you. I'm sorry. " Emma was stunned she said " Then what about all those promises we made ? What about all those plannings about our future ? About our life ? Our love ?" Jake just said " See I cannot explain it to you but I never wanted to marry you, it was just my parents...I'm sorry." Emma became furious. She replied in a angry tone " YOU KNOW WHAT ?!! YOU DON'T DESERVE ME ! YOU LIAR !" and she cut the phone. She was breathing heavily. Anger filled her like anything. What was she going to tell her mother ? That mom, I'm sorry but my would-be-husband dumped me so I'm not getting married ?
She was about to cry when she told herself NO ,she cannot cry for someone who is not worth crying for. She looked at the clock, there werethree hours left before her marriage ceremony. She grabbed her sneakers and went to the balcony .From there she slowly climbed down her house with the help of the waterpipes. She was on the streets walking, no running in her wedding gown and her favourite white sneakers.She didn't knew where to go . All the people were staring at her. She didn't care about them. What she only cared about was herself and she didn't knew how to do it...
