Make More Profits With SEO Reseller Programs, But Without Losing Clients in The Process!

"Every penny saved is a penny earned", This is an age old saying we have been hearing since god knows when, however no body ever shows the blue print online job bd.

So here I am letting out the not so secret method a lot of businesses are using to increase their profitability and grow.

Most small and medium internet marketing agencies in the developed world (western countries such as US,UK,CAN etc.) were feeling the heat when they started losing clients and their profits plummeted due to the sprouting 'SEO companies' in the developing world, mainly from India, Bangladesh, Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan etc. The reason being - whatever these western agencies and firms offered the 'SEO companies' from the developing world matched and provided even more at insanely lower rates.

These SEO companies from the developing countries (further referred simply as SEO companies) practiced very aggressive marketing tactics and simply flooded the online job market with huge amount of volume although with debatable quality for some.

The internet marketing agencies in the west had a huge problem at hand and given that the main advantage of these SEO companies was their ultra cheap labor costs which could never be matched by the agencies in the west and hence were in a perennial disadvantage. Manny small agencies shut down or moved to doing some else completely however some individual consultants and agencies prevailed and slowly started to turn the tables and steadily started to earn more profits than they ever did.

Now you must be thinking what did they do differently?

The answer is that they simply analyzed the situations and adapted according the emerging trends.

They simply used the strengths of the numerous SEO companies to their advantage.

They used their hard earned skills of management and research to develop processes and outsourced the labor intensive part to these far off SEO companies.

This meant that they could now provide cheaper rates to their clients and even small agencies could take up bulk work without having to increase spending in acquiring a bigger work force or office space.

The new found advantages were as follows:

1) Small agencies and even individual consultants could now afford to take up work in bulk quantities as they need not invest in hiring extra labor or premises online job bd.

2) They started getting much higher returns (read profits) because they could get the work done at much cheaper rates than ever before.

3) The actual clients who were situated mostly in the western countries trusted much more on the local service provider than a company situated at some far off third world country and now they could get the job done at nearly the same rates as the far off SEO companies.

4) The doubts raised about the quality of work also subdued as the agencies ensured adherence to their quality assurance processes and checks.

5) This also resulted in the SEO companies to start targeting the agencies to market their services as it made much more economic sense to get a steady supply of work and in bulk to utilize their biggest advantage to its full potential rather than to scout for individual clients. So in a sense this became a win-win scenario for all parties involved.

However not everything was as smooth sailing as it seemed. Some of the agencies, who were not very experienced or careful enough, started losing clients either due to direct poaching by their outsourcing partners or due to lack of proper quality checks in place.

A big jolt was dealt to agencies providing search engine marketing services when Google introduced the panda and penguin algorithm changes. Most agencies who did not maintain high quality standards lost most of their clients as they in turn lost all traffic and sales due to their websites getting penalized by Google.

Many agencies and consultants who were making huge profits earlier started to doubt this business model as a whole and blamed the downturn on their SEO partners or shockingly on Google for bringing about the changes in the first place.

The solution however was that keeping in mind a few points many agencies still continue to grow and make huge profits using the same time-tested business model.
