a character who was part of a story.
Described with all her glory,
but somehow suffered from misery.
An angel decided to drop by,
but sadly had to say goodbye.
The angel said don’t ask why,
she also said not to cry.
The sadness and pain visible in her voice,
as she said she doesn’t have a choice.
An angel that has a lot of poise,
her cries drowned out by the noise.
The angel gained her wings,
her touch suddenly stings.
A heart that sadly sings,
Oh! The heartache it brings.
A promise that wasn’t meant to be broken,
her memory would never be forgotten.
The pain was easily forgiven,
but the wound is still open.
