Funny it is that humans grow attachments so easily and that too with tremendous amount of passion and love..we humans are sensitive, affectionate and tremendously venile (at least the people around me are)..so my point is that our relationship with people of our species and with other beings is really what keeps us sane and well, surviving on this planet.
What I mean is that our relationship with plants (the fact that we eat them) and our relationship with animals(they provide us with a lot of consumable products, they help us in our daily lives, they are our companions and a lot more) is something that we should appreciate and be thankful for.
My insight clearly says that gratitude is something our hearts should be filled with..I truly feel blessed to be on this earth..rejoicing whatever I have got..today, I will take this opportunity to truly appreciate the relationship between a man and his pet. I mean have you ever seen a pet with it's human..the poor things just knows how to give love..I have myself witnessed so many pets loving unconditionally and unquestionably.
Witnessing this kind of love is just overwhelming..I have seen so many dogs and cats just being happy, ear-to-ear only by seeing their owner come back from home, they get happy just by their presence.
Personally speaking, I am much into cats(sadly, I cannot own a cat because my land lady does not allow pets on her property, what a sour human being, I tell you)..I have literally seen cat owners coming out of horrific times(emotionally) just because their cats were a constant in their lives..I have heard stories of cats being protective of their families from danger..how lucky are those people who get to witness the love of a wonderful, beautiful pet.
Right in this mind space, I made a hasty yet rational decision..I decided to quit my house and living in a pet friendlier place..so, I am finally doing this for real!! I am getting a cat!! What else is to be done? First thing first, I need to make a list of cat breeds in India(I decided to adopt an Indian origin cat) and then search a kitty in need for a permanent home..then I need to make the necessary arrangements for the feline.
This process might be long but it surely be rewarding..I will be eternally grateful to god for providing me with this fantastic opportunity.
