When the winds blew,
And along with them
My balloons flew.
When I fell into a pit,
And thereafter,
The sounds of my laughter
Echoed.
When someone
Gave me a chocolate
And then I asked for another.
When I could dance
In the middle of nowhere.
When I sang,
Not caring about
How it sounded.
When I hugged my mother
And kissed my father just because
My heart didn't stop me.
And I bit people
Like an apple,
Crossed my limits
Which were never there,
Stay what I am
And get admired for that.
All of it was a momentary
Blessing.
And that was what I called
My childhood and
I miss myself.
