Moonlight Love

Info

Your love was a fuel to my soul

What we had was a burning oil

Out of the blue you came to pull me through

For in that moment I knew it’s only you

Darkness devoured our love one day

But you seemed so weak to stay

I fought for your love in boulders

Not knowing you’re a chip on my shoulder

Here at my window pane

Embracing all the pain

Alone in a battle waiting for you

Hoping someday we’ll make it through

But the night came in and her soul grew naked

Her smile as bright as the sunshine suddenly faded

A strong girl she was as thunder and lightning

Oh sweet young lady, nobody knows her heart is drowning
