More than Insomnia

Not being able to sleep at night is one thing. Not being able to sleep even after being mentally and physically tiered is another.


I kinda got into a debate with a councillor on why I can't sleep at night. He was all like- engage more in physical activities, think more, lower down your social media addiction and blah blah blah. He just couldn't understand no amount of physical work out can make my nights normal. You won't believe but I actually go on a long walk like 3 blocks down from mine every day with my ipod but I'm still an insomniac. Now if he doesn't consider walking that much as physically tiering then it's a different story.


He really needs to understand some people are just more than insomniacs
