All about Murabbas
Murabba is a sweet pickle or preserve in English. Murraba, also known as murrabo, is an Arabic name for a savoury or sweet jam pickle or achar found in many parts of Pakistan, Iran, and North India. Fruits are sliced into medium-sized chunks and combined with sugar syrup, cardamom seeds, and rock salt to make murabba. Amla gooseberry is the most prevalent type of murabba. 'Murabbas,' which are sweet and spicy Amla balls, are the most prevalent form of consumption. The immune system is boosted and strengthened by Amla Murabba. Watermelon murabba meaning 500 gms Ingredients 5 gallons watermelon 2 gallons onion seeds 2 gallons bay leaf 2 gallons 2 gms star anise 150 g cinnamon 150 mL sugar, 1000 mL vinegar.

1. Peel the watermelon, remove the seeds, and cut it into cubes.
2. Boil water for a long period in a saucepan. Continue to boil the water, then add the water melon, sugar, vinegar, and spices, including onion seeds and bay leaves.
Stir the mixture occasionally until it gets sticky.
3. Serve
Remove from the heat and serve at room temperature.
