• Art museum - Art museums are widely known iconic museums and exist for more than centuries. They usually have larger budgets than other types of museums, and thereby, cover a broad scale of art, gathering different cultures and eras. The objects they display are very valuable and very expensive, at times costing around millions of dollars. They include paintings, sculptures, furniture and other pieces of art. • Specialized museums - Museums that come under this banner; do not fit a particular category of museum. They cater to those audience and people who do not correlate with any one community. They demonstrate a variety of topics and target people of all ages.
