She came into my life at the time where friendship meant sharing food to me
We were at 4th standard, innocent n lovely
Always together, never allowed anyone between us
At 6 th, we were very fond of maths and aspired to become engineers
Our teachers are delighted to see our friendship
We were toppers, obedient and sincere
Sorry to spoil the misconception that toppers dont have fun
But we had blast at school
We praticipated at every culture activites
From debate to dance
Eating panipuri every evening, doing projects at cafe on weekends
Playing holi in school uniform
Playing handcricket at shortbreaks
Having arguments very often, which end funny, with chalk peice war
Punctured science sir bike when he separated us into sections
we were curious as cats and almost killed every teacher with our doubts
we did everything together
we created our own world
Everyone thought we are crazy
yes, we are, but crazy enough to not be insane
It cliche to say, but she is sister from other mother
my pen flows with emotions when I write about her
though we went for different fields at different cities
we are together, as always
there are times where the doctor was busy with patients
and the ceo was busy with meetings
but no stir is created in our cup of coffee
the only thing changed is, i called her idiot earlier and now 'doc'
and u called me dumbo earlier and now 'ceo'
She knocks me down everytime when I forget her birthday, which happens every year
I knock her down everytime when she forget to meet me at Christmas , which happens every year
Yes, we forget alot. Christmas is every year meeting day, no matter what we do, we decide to meet at our school on that day of year.
We respect, love, care for each other as always❤️
