Nothing can describe this feeling

it is more than the worst

especially when everything is going to burst,

any time now, I might puke all over against my shirt

I can't understand

Heart fast beating,

Hands always sweating,

Head spinning,

Always stuttering

Am I the only one?

that feels it to much

this nervousness,

Where ever I go

Whenever I talk

Things always go wrong

Everyone always ignores

I tried too

I always do

But it seems this feeling

Is always inside me,

The pressure increasing

The panic kicking in

Inhaling and exhaling is not working

Out of breathe

Out of control

When will I be finally comfortable on my own?
