Perfect Imperfections

He was fond of science, and she was interested in knowing money.
His life was about music and instruments, and she was all about dancing.
He was into local music, and she bobbed her head when a Hollywood song would come up.
He always dressed well even if he knew that he wasn't going anywhere, and she only dressed for functions and photos.
He had a great friend circle, and she never knew what friendship was.
He used to enjoy his life, and she used to overthink.
He was the shy type, and she was bold.
He lived in the present, and she was prisoned by her past.
He was going to experience it all for the first time, and she had seen the bad phase of that.
Quite the extreme ends, aren't they?

One day, these ends met. The parallels finally decided to experience the other ends.
She was afraid, and he didn't know why.
She was unsure, and he was sure.
She was confused, and he worked on clearing the doubt.
She thought it wouldn't work, and he made plans to make it work.
She kept secrets, and he opened his heart.
She didn't put the effort, and he was hurt.

They fought, and they patched. They gave up, yet they stayed together.

Years later, when their daughter asked, "How can the parallels meet?"
"Life is different from Maths, my dear. Here, you can get a solution only when you contradict with something." She said.
"Here, the graph goes up only when we bring together two different elements." He said.

And they continued to live the saga of their Perfect Imperfections.
