Poetry by me

Isolation :

In order to survive, I had to die inside

To kill off all the parts, that I didn’t want me alive.

I appeared to live a normal life, smoke and mirror style

But the wheels even fell, off of that after a while.

It’s hard to come back, and live without a crutch,

To relearn how to feel,

Not impossible, but tough.

And even though I know,

I’ll never again be whole.

I had to salvage something,
