Prepare Well By Knowing the GATE Physics Syllabus

The National Eligibility Test (Net) is carried out by the University Grants Commission to determine the eligibility for lectureship and also for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) so that the minimum standards required in the research and teaching profession are met. The CSIR performs the UGC CSIR-NET scientific examinations.

Exam

The examination is performed only twice a year, i.e. in June and December. In March and September, the notifications for the same are also released, which the applicants can check. The students must study from CSIR Net Physics Books which will help the students to prepare for the exam accordingly. The students must study from the books available for physics CSIR net and with this, they can score highest marks.

The Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore conducts the examination GATE ( Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering ) along with the seven IITs ( Guwahati, Delhi, Kanpur, Madras, Bombay, Kharagpur, and Roorkee ) on behalf of Department of Higher Education, NCB ( National coordination Board) -GATE, Ministry of Human Resource Development and Government of India. Even in those colleges who give admission without MHRD assistantship/scholarship, for them also the qualification of Graduate Aptitude in Engineering (GATE) is necessary. The students interested can also take the coaching for GATE physics as it will really help them to clear them the examination. A lot of PSUs (Public Sector Undertaking) are also using the scores of Graduate Aptitude in Engineering (GATE) for the process of recruitment. In this, there is no age limit for the candidates.

It is very important for the students to know Gate Physics Syllabus as this will help them to know what will come in the exam. The exam will be conducted online and it will be a computer-based test where all the questions will be shown on the computer. The duration of the Graduate Aptitude in Engineering exam is three hours and there will be a total of 65 questions of 100 marks.
