Recently a job site that specializes in recruitment has announced a brand new private job circular. It's a (private sector) private job circular. According to this new private job circular, they now have some positions open in their organization:
The first position available is: Accountant/ Auditor General. The duties of this accountant/ Auditor General include overseeing and providing support for internal controls within the private firm. They will be expected to perform auditing, risk management, financial reporting, risk assessment, management reviews, management reporting, and compliance audits. They are expected to meet the qualifications described above, as well as meet a certain minimum amount of education and training. A candidate must also pass a comprehensive background screening process in order to ensure that he or she is not a sexual offender, convicted tax defaulter, fraud investigator, or other criminal with financial problems.
The second position available is: Quality Assurance Specialists. This job is very much like the first: They're expected to review customer complaints and help resolve them. However, the private job circular mentions three additional positions: Quality Manager, Quality Control Specialist, and Managerial Accountant/Certified Public Accountant. These positions require specialized degrees, certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants or the CPA (Chartered Financial Analyst), and seven years of experience in accounting and auditing.
The third position is: Legal Assistant/Scheduler/Pages Editor. This is a small role in an organization, but it is one of the hottest positions available right now. The Legal Assistant/Scheduler will be expected to handle the preparation and production of legal documents, and manage a small team of writers. To qualify for this position, applicants should have knowledge of the English language, good writing skills, and strong organizational skills. To be sure, it will take a large handful of lawyers to go through the classifieds and select several applicants to go through the job process and land at the private jobs section of the Banglaadesh newspaper.
The fourth position available is: Marketing Manager/PT. There is not much to this job description; however, it does allow for a few different responsibilities than others. Applicants are required to have a graduate degree in marketing, and at least two years of experience related to advertising, sales, and promotion. A Bachelor's degree or higher is also required in order to be eligible for higher-level marketing roles. Candidates with experience working in the finance and operations departments of companies like Citibank, JC Penny, Bank of America, and others are sure to have an advantage over the rest of the pack.
The last position, which we are going to focus on today is a private job circular that reports directly to the president. A postgraduate degree from the premier business school is required for this position. Those who go through the recruitment process and get into the private sector directly without going through the circular would be counted amongst the lucky ones. Not only do you get to directly deal with the prime minister of the country, but also have the luxury of receiving tips and tricks from your peers in the business world.
