Rebirth

Perhaps it was not the darkness we're chasing, but the rebirth. To see the light again in wonder. To hear the world again like your favorite children's song. To speak enthusiastically as if it was your first word.

To be born is a gift to the world, and so is being reborn.

I know that the ugliness and darkness found inside the womb is addicting. Because you can never find the same safety, and solitude outside.

But once you feel the vibrations all around you, the push, the pain, the blood--please bear it once more. You can do it. You just have to let life pull you out.

Let your limbs free and grow again.
