Same needs, same luxuries, growing together!

Another of my journeys, waiting for my train to arrive..internship postings were hard and i had just finished making calls frantically to substitute my emergency duty at hospital that day..a little puppy was  now helping me pass my time.. cute little fellow with a curved tail.. my eyes followed the puppy, as he would follow anything bright.. colorful suitcases..shoes.. he was lost in his colors.. little as he was he came to a step which he couldnt climb.. tried and fell like a ball of fluff everytime.. 

I did what anyone else would do, i continued waching..

Suddenly, out of nowhere..comes a boy.. a bronze body not covered in clothes but in dust.. shabby hair.. i could look through to his bones.. and then he smiled at the pup, with a curve of lips so innocent.. that it could fill your heart.. a smile i have never seen on well covered bodies with combed hair! Tenderly he picks the puppy, and hops on the step.. he shares his bread with the puppy, which he probably earned from an 'early morning begging', maybe some passenger was kind enough to give it to him, and the marasmic child shares it the puppy..

And then they play, as if dancing to a song only they could hear.. eyes sparkling with joy,

Same needs, same luxuries.

'growing together'

I continue to watch, i had nothing to give them, for they had something nobody could give anybody.

People around me were running to catch trains, to go to work, to earn a bread, which they will probably eat alone, but will they have this smile on their faces? This smile so pure that for a moment fills anybody's heart who stops to watch them.
