They said that infinity was the quest-
Whose attainment provided grace.
They said that purpose was the Holy grail,
Which remains lost after Templar attempts.
They said that friends were maggots-
Who benefit from the apple's growth.
For every gamble you win...
You'll lose twice they said.
A casual visitor would have been dazed.
And lose purpose to move-
His thoughts devoid of hopes,
He'd eventually lose his soul.
Inferiority would be his forte...
Comebacks however hard he makes.
Morbid sorrow would engulf his heart-
To voices,"Loser, you would surely fail."
He said, however, said to wait and stoop....
For the world is all ours to conquer.
Fears are friends who are misunderstood-
As life contains both evil and good.
Be the newer version of the old you-
For no one waits for you to win,
Don't listen to them- the haters.
For you go farther than you think.
This is more of a metaphorical poem,kinda dealing with what lives we lead before we die.Read & enjoy
